About The Job:
*As part of our rapid global expansion we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our first-on-the ground team in the United States. 
*Our ambitions are high and wide: to bring to market the most advanced technology, we are  building a best-in-class Go-To-Market team: Builders wanted!
*As one of the first  Enterprise Account Executive in the US, you will be instrumental in shaping Mistral’s adoption in the large Enterprise across a variety of industries starting with Financial Services.


Pipeline Generation & Pipeline Coverage: 
*Effectively and consistently building pipeline and pipeline coverage to achieve revenue goals across various sources including Inbound and Product lead flow, account-based prospecting for strategic accounts, collaboration with our ecosystem of partners

Best-In-Class End-to-End Deal Management:
*Leading effective business and technical discovery to attach our solutions to customers’ desired business outcomes
*Developing strong champions in your accounts to progress deals, ensuring pilot success, leading your customers through production and accelerating adoption in your accounts
*Effectively gaining access & commitment from economic/executive buyers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with them (eg. C-level executives, heads of innovation/AI)Effective negotiator, aligning all stakeholders’ interests and demonstrating mutual benefit

Complex Solution Defining and Positioning:
*Effectively qualifying and influencing required capabilities to enable your customers to achieve their desired outcomes and differentiate in the marketplaceInfluencing and gaining control of evaluations
*Developing effective Business Cases to maximize win rates and capture budgets
*Demonstrating strong product, verticals and use cases knowledge and insights to develop trusted relationships with your customers across levels & functions

Company Builder & Strong Collaborator
*Deep partnership with Solution Engineering expected pre & post sales to drive customer success
*Tight collaboration with Sales Development (SDR) essential to maximize pipeline generation effectiveness and results
*Working alongside our Channel Partners and Alliances peer(s) will be an accelerant to resultsAs a member of the first GTM team on the ground in the US your customers’ and market feedback will be required to inform product roadmap decisions

About you 
*7+ years experience selling technology & software solutions to the EnterpriseStrong value based selling skills (Force Management & MEDDPICC trained preferred)
*Work experience within AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure field importantExperience at an early & successful fast growing startup, ideally in deep-tech strongly preferredOutstanding communication skills & executive presence
